2. Service Description
Mobile Recharge AE provides an online platform for mobile recharge services and related telecommunications products for consumers in the United Arab Emirates. We facilitate the recharge of prepaid mobile accounts with various telecom operators.
3. User Accounts
3.1. To use certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
4. Payment and Recharge Transactions
4.1. All payments made through our platform are processed by secure payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information.
4.2. Once a recharge transaction is processed successfully, it cannot be cancelled or refunded as the credit is immediately transferred to the respective telecom operator.
4.3. In case of a failed transaction where payment was deducted but the recharge was not successful, please contact our customer support for assistance.
5. User Conduct
5.1. You agree not to use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5.2. You agree not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse our system or services.
5.3. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to our website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.
6.2. You agree not to copy, redistribute, publish, or otherwise exploit any material from our website in any manner without the express written permission of Mobile Recharge AE.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Mobile Recharge AE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
7.2. Our maximum liability arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the amount you paid to Mobile Recharge AE in the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.
8. Modifications to Terms
8.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes on our website.
8.2. Your continued use of our service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
